Our products are made on-demand, delivered right from our suppliers in North America to your door. Currently, we don't warehouse items at the moment. Products such as unframed art prints usually will be ready to ship the next business day, while canvas and framed prints require more care and time to make. This timeframe applies to our various other products as well. So, depending on your order, please allow 2 to 5 days for production time under normal circumstances.

Standard - US, and Canada: 5 to 12 business days (but historically ships between 3 to 5 business days)
Express - US and Canada (when available): 1 to 2 business days

What are your international shipping times?
- Standard International can take up to 21 business days*
- Expedited International can take up to 10 business days*
*Please note that for international orders, not all tracking events may be represented in real-time, and this sometimes makes a shipment appear to be "stuck" at a particular place/event. When shipping internationally, you should factor in delays due to customs and hand-offs to local carriers.

Why are orders not consolidated?
We work with multiple vendors to give you the best pricing and quality, so your products may not be shipped from the same destination.
Why does the return address on my received package differ from the address on your website?
We use various suppliers in order to fulfil our products. All orders are shipped from their facilities and these address differ from the one listed on our store.

How do shipping costs work?
Shipping prices are calculated by our system automatically based on your location and the shipping method you select at the time of placing the order. The shipping cost will be added when you place your order.
Do you offer tracking for shipping?
