I have not bought any of these prints (yet). But it is clear even from the photos of the prints that they have been painted with great sensitivity and accuracy. BRAVO TO THE ARTIST. I hope to be able to afford one of these works of art in the future.
Dr Stark, my apologies for the slow reply, and thank you for writing.
You have picked out the two things my father would most want noticed, and you did it from photographs, which makes it more impressive rather than less.
The accuracy is not incidental. He worked from life in the field for movement and anatomy, from living animals at close range for expression, and from museum study skins for the detail of fur and feather. He would take his preliminary drawings to specialists at the Royal Ontario Museum and ask them to confirm he had it right.
Thank you for taking the time to write about work you have not bought. That is a generous thing to do, and I would rather have your review than a good many sales.

It’s absolutely a gorgeous piece of work. I’ve always loved Glens artwork and glad I was able to buy a print. Highly recommended.
Very impressed with the art work.
We love the print very much. A few years ago, we had a beautiful fox arrive at our home. He appeared faithfully every morning and every evening for his meals. Then Foxy arrived one mid-afternoon and stretched out on the lawn to watch husband Bill work in his garden. It was obvious he was never frightened by us. He gave us many fond memories until one day he disappeared. Our feeling is that he had been taken by the coyotes …so each time we look at the print, it truly brings him back. We want to say a huge "thank you" from both of us to be able to reminisce about our pet Foxy.
Ahhh! What a sweet story😊 I was touched when reading it. I am sorry to hear your little Foxy may have been taken from you. I hope that isn’t the case. He may have just found a “foxy lady” and ran off with her 😊 I will be sure to share your story with my father as he loves to hear from our customers.
I love the frame you used with it and I can see that Bill truly misses his little fox friend. Nature is truly magical and it is wonderful how we as humans, get attached to animals. I have a Ragdoll cat and I don’t know what I would do without him around. He brings me joy and love while I work on the online store at home and chat with our amazing customers.
Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful story and I wish you and Bill the very best days ahead.
