Ever since I read the old Stillmeadow series of books by Gladys Tabor, I have loved seeing chicory at the beginning of summer's end. Gladys commented that in late summer/early fall "chicory stars the roadside". Perfect description! And I just love my picture though I have not framed and hung it yet.
Linda, and again my apologies for the delay in coming back to you.
'Chicory stars the roadside' is a wonderful line, and I had not come across Gladys Taber before. Thank you for that. It is now on my list.
On the framing: we have just published a short piece on hanging, covering height, light and the one mistake that causes permanent damage. The short version is to keep it off any wall that takes direct sun. Beyond that, there is no hurry at all. A picture waiting for the right wall is a much better outcome than one hung quickly in the wrong place.

Just had the print framed. Absolutely lovely. Gives such a calming effect to the room.
Thank you for the review! We are glad that you are enjoying your print. When you have a chance, could you add the photo of it framed in its new home? Thanks again for shopping at The Glen Loates Store!
