# Dolphin — Giclée on Paper

Two Mahi-mahi — Dorado — cut through turquoise shallows, one breaking the surface into white foam, the other slicing deeper below. The electric yellow-green and cobalt blue of the Dorado's flanks are among the most vivid colours in all of oceanic wildlife, and Glen caught them at the moment they're most intense: mid-hunt, fully lit, the water around them throwing back the sky.

This is another of Glen's departures from his Canadian northern subjects — the Dorado carrying that same quality of absolute precision he brought to his trout and bass studies, but in a tropical register entirely different from the cool, quiet lakes of Ontario. Glen Loates is a member of the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts whose wildlife range extended across both hemispheres and both fresh and saltwater environments.

Produced as a museum-quality giclée on archival, acid-free paper using fade-resistant inks. A 1" white border surrounds the image, ready for the framer of your choice.
