Glen worked from his own field sketches and photographs gathered on extended trips into the boreal wilderness, where he spent weeks at a time observing the land before committing it to paper. Glen Loates is a member of the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts; his work has been collected by museums, the White House, and private collectors worldwide for over five decades.
